Aboard MS Volga Dream

Experience the timeless pageantry and traditional folkways of Russia as revealed along the scenic rivers, lakes and canals that link St. Petersburg with Moscow. Cruise for 10 nights aboard the exclusively chartered, deluxe, 90-passenger MS Volga Dream.  The trip includes two nights aboard ship in St. Petersburg, czar Peter the Great’s “ window on the West,”  featuring a guided tour of the State Hermitage Museum, and two nights in fabled Moscow, the political and commercial capital of the world’s largest country, with a visit to the Kremlin to see the magnificent collection of Fabergé eggs. Between these two grand cultural capitals, explore the old-world heartland from 10th-century Uglich and medieval Yaroslavl, rustic remnants of Old Russia, to the 14th-century Kirillo-Belozersky monastery near Goritsy and the legendary open-air museum of Kizhi Island.
