Patagonian Frontiers

OCT. 22 - NOV. 7, 2016
Buenos Aires, Ushuaia, Torres del Paine, Santiago, Puerto Varas
Aboard MV Stella Australis

Enjoy face-to-face encounters with two of the world’s last great frontiers: the majestic fjords and glaciers of Southern Patagonia, on a small-ship cruise; and the stunningly dramatic scenery of Torres del Paine, in a small group, limited to just 24 guests. Along with visits to Buenos Aires and Santiago, discover the remarkable diversity of South America. Your 18-day tour begins in vibrant Buenos Aires, including a performance at one of the city’s premier tango houses. Continue to Ushuaia to board your ship for a three-night Southern Patagonia cruise. Disembark and travel to Torres del Paine National Park with its jagged mountains, ice-blue glaciers, and turquoise lakes. In Chile’s Lake District see the natural wonders of Vicente Rosales National Park. Conclude in the lively Chilean capital, Santiago. Discover the magnificence of Iguazu Falls on a pre-tour option.
