Here you’ll find tour operators’ relaxed booking policies and health and safety protocols implemented in order to instill confidence.
Cancelled/Postponed Reservations
Travelers with travel vouchers or postponed tour departures will be notified by the tour operator with status updates as they become available. It is important that all travelers keep an eye out for updates directly from their tour operator. Since our tour operators operate a large number of departures in addition to the UCLA Alumni Travel group departures, they are prioritizing tours by chronological order of departure date. Travel Credits & Vouchers
Most of our tour operators have been postponing their 2020 trips and offering our travelers a credit or travel voucher to be used at a later date. These vouchers have to be redeemed with the same tour operator and cannot be transferred to a different operator.
Below are the links for the scheduled UCLA Alumni Travel tours with each operator. Should our departure dates conflict with your schedule, please contact the tour operator for a full list of their scheduled tours.
If you purchased travel insurance, be sure to contact your travel insurance provider as soon as possible to take care of any changes that may need to be made. For policies with USI, a customer service team is available, Monday – Friday, 6 a.m. – 4 p.m., PST. Please call 800-937-1387 or email info@travelinsure.com for assistance. The COVID-19 pandemic has deeply impacted everyone all around the world. UCLA Alumni Travel, along with the rest of the travel industry, has felt the impact of COVID-19.
We recognize this has been a confusing and frustrating time, with facts and new information changing by the day. Having to worry about possible changes to your travel plans or having to postpone your trip is difficult and brings forth a real mix of emotions
As we all take this one step at a time, please know that your safety in traveling with your fellow UCLA Bruins and friends remains our number one priority. We continue to work with our tour operators to keep abreast of the changes they are making to each of our group tours and any associated relaxations of their cancellation policies. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this unprecedented time together.
